I love this company. They are amazing. We have two units and we called them earlier in the summer and they were great. Our other unit went out a couple days ago, and it was supposed to be under warranty with another company, but they left us with a high quote and assured us that our a/c was not under any coverage. We called these guys at ESP Services, they came out fast and they beat the other guys price and are actually doing more work than the first company was going to do. They even made the a/c work temporarily while we thought about our options of service. They had given us 3 options to go buy. The other company only gave us 2. They are awesome!

Absolutely horrible. They installed 2 units for me and have returned EVERY summer because the upstairs unit leaks and floods the house. I have requested numerous times for them to adjust the drain pan properly so the emergency shut off will prevent the house from flooding but they still have not fixed the a/c unit. FIVE years in a row they come out and can not get it fixed.
