        Bad customer service

        Just in case you buy shoes at DSW, Arlignton, TX, FYI, DO NOT Return it! They would do anything to get you buy it, and will treat you like trash when you return the shoes. I happened to left the credit card which I bought the shoes with at home, they told me that they only can give me store credit. And as I said I would take the shoes home and bring it back later with the credit card, because I don't like store credit, the manager said to me "even if you bring it to another store, they won't give you cash back". That throw me off guard, he got me to think like I'm a thieft, like I stole the shoes and trying to get cash out of it. However, I brought the shoes and my credit card back to that store, return it, and get it over with. One of the cashier told me that she woundn't pay that much money for the shoes either. Well, if they are trying to humiliate me for returning the shoes I didn't like, they've done it. I felt sadly embarrassed.Perhaps that because I'm an asian, and I wasn't dressed up with expensive clothes, so I've got treated like trash. If that how I've got treated at Cartier or Christian Dior, I would totally understand. But at DSW, please!
