I had 2 great experiences there. I don't know how this place gets horrible ratings but both times I was greeted by someone as soon as I walked through the door. Both times were by Ron. I don't know if everyone else had the wrong sales guy or what but Ron was fantastic! Got my couch and recliner for under 300$ apiece! Ashley will forever have my business thanks to Ron! Ask for him!

Went in there today. There was more sale associates sitting behind desks and acting like they did not hear you or see. Sale associateWorst service I have seen in my life at a furniture store. Horrible service!!! We went across street to Rooms to Go and service was excellent. Go to Rooms to Go and spend your hard working money.

I wish I could provide a negative star. Ashley's has lost a customer.
I needed a bedroom set and saw a beautiful set. The salesman (Mike) initially didn't appear eager to help me as he assumed I was just a child (regardless I have money, I should be helped). He kept attempting to ask me PERSONAL questions that had NOTHING to do with furniture! After that weird ordeal, I ended up purchasing the bedroom set and new mattress. It took 2 weeks to receive the furniture. They provided me with a 3 hour gap (as if I don't have to work). The delivery men called me an HOUR before my scheduled time to say I needed to be home or I would receive my furniture. I tried to tell him that was not my scheduled time and he hung up. I rushed from work to get home only to have to wait 30-45 minutes for them to arrive. It's my fault I did not catch damage to one of my pieces of furniture, but I have a warranty it should help right? WRONG! I will NEVER use them AGAIN!

Can I go to a negative star!!! Horrible service! 1st: It takes forever to buy, plan to be there two to three hours. 2nd DO NOT BUY SMALL ITEMS. If you are buying something you will be picking up from the warehouse they will not allow you to open it because it voids the warranty then if it is broken you will have to take it to them and they will decide if they are going to replace it. Then you will have to come back to pick it up when the new one comes in. On our second one it was broken as well. Here is what they said to my complaint that they should bring the new one. Hello

I apologize for your inconvenience. Unfortunately, when items are picked up from our Grand Prairie cross dock location and there are damages/defects it is the customers responsibility to bring those items back for reorder within 24 hours. This was stated on the pick up agreement that was signed at the time of purchase. With the pictures that were sent we approved to process the exchange without having the defective chest brought back to save a trip. If the items were delivered originally by our delivery team we would have been able to deliver and pick up for you.

From the sales people to the tone of voice of everyone I spoke to over the phone I rate a -10 in customer service. They will never receive an award in this area. Management has a huge area of opportunity to improve upon!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in to purchase furniture because I just purchased a new home and no one offered to help me. There was a driver who greeted me but everyone else was all about helping this senior man. I walked around the store and bypassed several employees but still no help nor acknowledgement. I left!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR FURNITURE THEY TOLD ME MY LIVINGROOM SET WAS 100 PERCENT LEATHER AND IT WAS NOT. THERE INSURANCE IS ALSO HORRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUT FROM THIS PLACE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING.

Furniture was not properly put together. Leather not tucked in places on couches. They wouldn't come pick up furniture to return. They came and worked on furniture in our living room!!!!!!!!!! Missing pillows, bad customer service, different color leather material and patterns on couches. Took them several months to finally replace furniture and then what we had ordered was discontunied so we had to go back to the store and pick out new furniture. Once that was done they didn't submit the paperwork to their store credit card company so we had to call them back to correct that problem as well and that took 2-3 calls to finally get resolved!!!!!!!
