Uni Hair

I had a really awful experience at Uni Hair and would like to share with potential customers that may go there for their haircuts. I had been growing my hair out for the past 7 months and as I had explained and showed the stylist the hairstyle that I was looking for. She confidently said that she will cut my hair dry. I just said okay and trusted her. After she had cut my hair, she then said she was done and asked me how I like it. My response was, aren't you going to wash and re-blow dry and try to style it so it looked more like the picture. Based on the haircut, I didn't like it one bit as it was so unstyled. I kept saying that I didn't like it and she kept cutting more and more. I told her to stop cutting because I can tell she was cutting more and more of the hair that I have been growing so patiently for. The manager then came over which I thought he was going to try to fix my hair, but instead, he said that the hair cut looked fine and he didn't know why I was complaining. I couldn't believe it. I am not sure what the stylist had said to the manager since they had spoken in Japanese. I was so upset! Every other person who was Japanese had their hair styled after each cut. I expected to be treated like all the customers there. Instead they were rude and wanted me to pay and leave. I have shared my experience with my friends who all USED to go to Uni but they have all decided not to go there anymore. I hope you will think twice about going to Uni hair especially if you are not Japanese like me.
