Arthroscopy
Dr. Kachar joined Northwest Orthopedic Surgery, S.C. 2007. His knowledge and experience in total joint replacement is unprecedented. He has a valued reputation in the community for helping patients return to their daily routine without complication after joint replacement surgery in the shortest amount of time possible. He is particularly interested in the repair, reconstruction and replacement of the hip and knee utilizing minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Kachar is fluent in the Russian language. He is credited with several publications covering the topics of Arthroscopy, diseases of the spine, and Total Knee Arthroplasty.
Ankle Surgery
The physicians are trained in the specialty of Orthopedics which includes the care of the back and extremities, and the related structures: nerves, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. They have also received additional accreditation within the field of orthopedics encompassing arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine, back surgery, total joint replacement, and specialized pediatric problems. The physiatrist on our staff specializes in non-surgical management of orthopedic conditions. A podiatrist on our staff will serve your needs in the care of the foot and ankle including reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. Each physician devotes time each year to postgraduate education to keep current with the techniques of their specialty.

He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopedic Surgery at Loyola University, where he has served for the past 28 years.
Arthroscopy
Dr. Tingle joined Northwest Orthopedic Surgery, S.C. in August, 2004. He has been an instrumental part of bringing the specialty of Sports Medicine to the practice. He has fellowship training in the treatment of complex sports injuries and has a known reputation for helping injured athletes get back to their sport without complication. He is particularly interested in the treatment of the shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle. Dr. Tingle is an expert in arthroscopy specializing in minimally invasive repair of complex injured structures and damaged joints. His primary focus is ACL reconstruction, arthroscopic shoulder instability repair, and arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.
