I wouldn't even give them 1 star to be honest. Rude, disrespectful of customers, zero privacy, zero customer service skills that are needed to be a customer service rep, outrageous interest.. To sum it up this place in arkoma is a scam. I wish more people would report them to the BBB... Because they are obviously doing something illegal if you borrow less than $200 and have to pay back over $900... I know I didn't agree to interest that high! Lousy lousy lousy money hungry people.

They said the phone number I gave for my employer was a cell phone. This is a international company who are totally unprofessional and is in desperate need of retraining and some good old fashion manners and common sense.

this place made me sit in a hot office for ever l did a big application from a rude employee an got done she said give them two days bcus she had to send it somewhere. i call back in a couple day an the lady that did the application. was on vacationing an she had it with her so its been two week know an o ya the camper i was going to by so i have a home was sold a know I'm wait till she get back hope she had fun.

The associates at World Acceptance in Arkoma, Ok have always been kind and courteous to me. I appreciate the fact that if I need money in a hurry I can just call them and they have my check ready for me. They have gone out of their way to see that I have had a pleasant and expediate transaction. I recommend them to others like myself who are trying to build their credit and want to be treated well while doing so.

Dont waste your time with these people. They are disrespectfull and never heard of the word "discreate." They put all my buisness out there for everyone in the office including customers to hear. They discuss other customers out loud in front of other customers. And god forbid if you try to give them your payment and it is short by $10.00, they will not take it and will be sure and let everyone in the office that you dont have another $10.00 to give them. they have disrepected and degraded me.
