I usually have a good experience at this store, but sadly not today. I took my 7 year old up there to teach him how to purchase and count out money. I use the 7 rewards app where you get this 7th drink free. Well i have purchased 5 drinks and I was wanting to purchase 4 more with one of those being my free cup. I wanted to do the purchases separately so that my son could count out the money and have a learning experience. He paid for his one drink, which would make it my 6th cup, so my next one should be free. I understood this and was just going to do this one drink separately, then start over with the other two transactions separately...I understand that this takes time and i was willing to wait till we were the only patrons there. This tenant, Paula, argued with me telling me that I could not ring up the transactions separately and that thats not how the 7 rewards worked. I tried to explain it to her but she would not listen. I wanted to purchase the drinks separately, like as if i was only purchasing one drink ... but she continued to argue with me and tell me that i did not know what i was talking about. That im not listening to her. She was being very rude and making me feel as though I was stupid. There came to be a line so i told her to just void the drink and i will wait till there was no more patrons there again. She continued to argue with me during each transaction she did with atleast 5 customers. Telling me im wrong and i dont understand how it worked. During this time I told her to continue on that i will talk with her when she is done with the customers and she would not listen to me ..kept on trying to argue with me in front of everyone and insinuating that i didnt have money to pay for the drinks (since she rang up my 7th and didnt put it on my rewards.. so she was trying to charge me for the drink, when i knew it was supposed to be free and i only brought in enough money for the 3 drinks that i would have to pay for) The line was finally gone and i tried to explain myself yet again.. i dont know how many times. I become very irritated and asked for the managers name and she just went and got her. Bianca the Assistant manager (very nice) was trying to talk to me and i was trying to explain the situation and let her know that Paula was being very rude and argumentative and Paula keeps arguing with me while im trying to talk to this nice lady. Bianca told her to stop but apparently Paula doesnt know how to listen. She told Bianca that I was a liar and that she doesnt deal with customers like me and walked off saying that she was going to take a smoke
break. Bianca said i could have the drinks free and that when i told her no i wanted to pay for them, Paula as she was walking out the door said just tell her ill pay for them and get her out of the store... She is the employee not the manager.. very rude and unprofessional. My son witnessed all of this.. it was horrible. very bad experience.
