Randy is the most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. He has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. My car was rendered totaled by two insurance companies. Of course, they did not value the car at much and we were just out of luck. We were forced to take a settlement of $2,700. Randy made all the repairs, including some minor body work and only charged us a little over $600. He knew the amount of our settlement and could have taken advantage. He has more than once cut his labor to save us cost when he knew repairs were way more than we were prepared to handle. Most recently, my engine jumped time and was pretty much gone. Though he was not eager to do it, he agreed to find and install another engine for us. We got the car back today. It runs like a new one. I am over the moon happy to have my car back and without having to finance. He is a good man and an excellent mechanic. I cannot say that enough.

Randy's Automotive always looks out for your best interest. He is reasonably priced, knowledgeable and honest when it comes to the needs of car repair. He always goes above and beyond. Great Service. Highly Recommend.

For the first time in years I found a automotive shop that's honest. I was referred by other customer that too owns a BMW. Randy & his staff are great...no over pricing nor unnecessary work. He really cares about your vehicle, he can a little talkative but that's because he cares. He will not put parts on your vehicle just because you may think you what's wrong...He will diagnosis the vehicle first! So don't go in being a know it all it won't work. He charges are 1/3 the prices that BMW dealership. These guys are own a staff of 3 but they get the job done. Randy even help me repair my vehicle over phone while I did some jobs myself. They are the best & ladies he will take time to explain issues with you,so u will feel at ease.
