        Overall

        Carpet quality "B" not top on the line but that was our choice.

        Carpet installers "B" good instal but didn't follow instructions. Small dings in the walls from tools.

        Sales and service "D" lackadaisical and inaccurate billing.



        In an age of web reviews, ask yourself the question I failed to ask myself, " for a company that has been around for so many years, why so few reviews? Very odd? They have four reviews posted. Over all a "C" rating, I won't be a returning customer.
