Pottery Barn

Pottery Barn is one of my favorite stores. I have shopped both online and in the store. In the store the experience is always pleasant and very, very courteous and helpful. If an item is out of stock, they will find it. My husband has fallen asleep in a chair at the front of the store.. it made me cringe! The woman that was helping me said "No problem, it is a good advertisement!" I have a small child, there is a lot of glass.. the clerks don't bat an eye. The store is always immaculate no matter if it is a busy weekend day. The store is nice just to walk around for ideas. There is a design studio to assist in placement of furniture etc, very helpful!! Especially, if your room is odd shaped. Prices could be less expensive but every store the prices could be less expensive.
