Wallace Landscape

Our business used Wallace for less then 2 years. From the start there were warning signs. The first being the drive around the building estimate. Decided to give them a shot because their pricing was half that of other companies. I should have known better. Within a month I had the Owner Tammy yelling at me on the phone. That is DISPICABLE!!!. We have an incredible amount of rockscaping and their workers never spent more then 30 minutes a week at our facility. The last 3 months I was calling the 2 owners twice a week, every week trying to get them out here to weed. They gave me every excuse in the book before they finally sent somone out here to weed by hand because the weeds had gotten so badly built up that spraying was no longer an option. Unfortuneately the gentlemen only decided to weed the back of the building. I tried again to get the owners out here to see exactly what it is that needed to be dealt with and after two weeks I still had not gotten a call back. I have finally called it quit with Wallace. The owners are HORRIBLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Their staff is NICE and LAZY!!!!! Our landscaping is worse off then when Wallace was hired!. Pick someone else no matter how low Wallace will go on their price. I will NEVER recommend Wallace to anyone.
