Jiffy Lube

After a number of oil changes they denied me an oil change. That was due to having stripped oil pan bolt.

They stripped the bolt several years ago and they kept on changing my oil untli this past week. They simply told me that I need a new oil pan. I informed this NEW svc mgr, ( each time I go there I noted a different crew, and that also tells you something about the stability of their employees), that this all happened at their shop and they are responsible to replace the oil pan. Denied my request and gave me the Distric Mgr name, ( George) in which I called him. George assured me that he would get back to me after he investigates the incident. To this date and after several more phone calls he never called me back! That is not the way you treat customers, and they had the nerve to tell me to buy a new oil pan after they created that problem. Stay away from this place, as this business is not a very customer orientated, and very deceiptful!

The people there are friendly.It was in a great price and very fast. Great place to get a smog. If you dont go you are missing out on a great deal.
