Daniel Seagondollar Architect

Very pleased with Mr Seagondollar's work. We had a second home built and needed it wheelchair friendly due to my wife's condition. He did a great job and had excellent recommendations for us. He knows all the rules & regs that pertain to building here in Apple Valley. I spoke with two other architects previously who said I could not exceed 1/2 the square footage of my front house. I spoke to Dan and said the same things that I told the other two. Dan said all he needed to do was submit a variance to get the size home I was wanting. All worked out well. We are pleased with his professionalism, work ethics and knowledge. He also had great ideas that helped us get the floor plan that was best for us. We are very pleased with all the work Dan did.
