If I could give a rating of 0 on professionalism and promptness I would. I have used CLM for about 5 years. I have been frustrated mosted of the time. I had broken landscape lights caused by them multiple times due to carelessness and going to fast, broken sprinklers time and time again. Did not take responsibility for wrong doing and could not keep an appointment to save their life to get back with me when things went wrong to fix a problem many many times. I could give more examples but there is not enough space allowed to communicate all the frustration I have had with them. The management is very unprofessional and you will have major frustration and headaches going with this company. I am a loyal person and that is why I stayed so long but it is time to switch and say good bye to CLM. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company.
