The first appt they showed up late. After explaining in detail the issue with the ac he attempted to fix it. He quoted one price but charged the card over that without saying anything. Then the problem wasn't eve m fixed. I called then back when the ac quit working and they wanted to charge me $125 call out fee. Then couldn't even make the apt. I wasn't scheduled for another 3 days. I don't anticipate then being there when scheduled, not do I have any confidence they will fix it. It's as if he found the first and easiest issue and stopped there. I would never use then again except they were already paid ix
