Chili's Grill & Bar

I initially attempted to place my order via the app at least 6 times and not only did it time out while I was actively ordering, but after many attempts it then logged me out and would not allow me back in. I then tried to place my order online via the website multiple times and the server was down. I order the same thing all the time from Chili's at least once a week. Since i was unable to place an order at all, it had gotten later but i was still hungry and although i planned on curbside service so i didn't have to get out, I now had to go inside and spend time waiting on someone to (finally) recognize that I needed assistance and take my order. I then stood and waited and someone finally came to assist. Since I order the same thin, i knew what I wanted. The bad news is, I was in formed that Ithe side i normally get with my meal doesn't come with it unless it's lunch time. My point? I just went through quite a bit of inconvenience and a 2.00 side could not be provided? Then the couple that came in after me was treated with quite a bit of courtesy that I wish I'd gotten. Anyhow, I'm not a big fan of the Chili's at 2425 E Semoran blvd in Apopka. I'll stick with the one in Altamonte Springs. Their service is always better. Oh! And since I was unable to log in at all, I was unable to earn points on my purchase.
