Express Care Of Tampa Bay

This place is more about the money than actually examining the patient. The PA, came in, didn't introduce herself, spent a total of 2-2.5 mins in the examine room. I had to look behind me for the fire the PA was running from, she left the room so fast. My mom also had a bad experience here, but I just wrote it up to a one time thing. Wish I would have saw the reviews BEFORE I went there. But never again. If you want actual care, don't go here. If you have a hundred dollar bill to burn, this is your place

DO NOT come here for a flu test or if you think you have the flu. They have NOT bothered to invest in a rapid flu test and will NOT advise you of such until AFTER you are seen (Sent home advised of text in 2-3 DAYS). This is irresponsible! To allow a patient to leave in this risky environment with flu season as detrimental as it is without spending the time/money to purchase a rapid flu-test. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR COME BACK.

When I returned home from vacation on Sat 7/20 I was sick. On Sun. morning 7/21, I found Express Care of Tampa Bay's Apollo Beach office and visited it because I couldn't wait for an appt. at my primary care physician's office until Monday. They were open just before 9 am I walked right in, was greeted kindly, did my paperwork and way on my way back to see the dr. Everyone from the receptionist to the girl who took my vitals to the dr herself were all kind, professional & empathetic to how awful I was feeling. I felt well cared for even as this was my first visit and appreciate all of their assistance in helping me to start feeling better again. Upon exiting, everyone was kind & wished me a speedy recovery. Had no hassle's here, would recommend this place to a friend & will return again whenever I can't get to my PCP's office. Walked in at 9:04 a.m., walked out at 10:26 a.m. Staff was friendly, Dr. McNicoles was fast and friendly...yet thorough. I will be back, and recommend to family and friends.

I had an overall good office visit but the problem did not happen there...



The lady who saw me, wasn't a doctor and feeling as bad as I was I didn't care at the moment. I was so sick I was out of it, I just needed some medication to feel well again.



This Lauren Shirley, gave a dosis of antibiotics for a CHILD!!! a 250 mg a day dosis for an adult, even when I had told (had a whole conversation) her I need a high concentration to feel better because I've had many health issues during my life and a low dosis of antibiotics doesn't do a thing anymore.



Well today 4 days later, AFTER STILL being sick and not getting better, and wondering what the hell is happening here. I finally took a look at the damn box and saw the dosis.



That moron has had me sick for 4 days now because of her stupidity and not listening to the patient. I have been in bed for 4 days feeling like crap thanks to her. I hardly have been able to take care of my 4 year old. I have lost work time, money, family time, everything.



NEVER EVER will I go to this place again. NO one should !!!! I promise this is the absolute thruth no BS to this review.

I have been there many times, it's fast and the doctors are the best and the staff is really caring ,all my family go to them and they really love them. If I m sick express care is the place I trust, who has time to go to ER and waste many hours,when you can go to express care and get fast and great care. Thank you express care
