        Dave was Excellent, and Garrett was very professional in getting my design just how I wanted it. Just a HUGE difference since the ownership changed! Will be coming back again and again!

        Rude Behavior

        I tried to recommend my roommate, who just opened her own business and needed some signs and banners made, and when we called and asked to speak to the owner Chuck a woman I assume is Stephanie, was extremely rude and would not let either one of us speak to him. She was mean and so rude I cant believe she would treat a new customer that way. When someone, especially half owner, treats a customer as poorly as that I would NEVER recommend anyone to that type of service. Stephanie should take some classes in Customer Service she could definately use it! Way to go Stephanie you just lost a HUGE profit.
