Plummers Heating Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal

I read all the reviews and since they were pretty positive, I decide to give them a call. I called Plummer Heating on Fri. 8/21/15 @ 5:12pm, with an expectation that I would get a return call on Mon. 8/24/15, but no one every called me back. I ended up calling the company again on Fri. 8/28/15 & spoke with Bob who told me that since his day was booked, that he would call me on Mon. 8/31/15.

Bob did call me and we agreed he would come out to my property here in Concord on Sat.9/5/15 at 8:30 am.



Unfortunately, Bob from Plummer Heating was a NO SHOW. Until this day, I have not received a phone call to at least apologize for and give me a reason for the NO SHOW, which is unacceptable customer service.



Worse, it's also extremely unprofessional. As a result, I will be going with another vendor.

All I can say is these guys were awesome

Excellent service, clean, efficent, price is right. I will tell all my friends what a great company and a great job they did installing my heater and air condition. Jim
