Marin provided great customer service to me, she should me around the store and gave me prices of the units. I inquired about theft in the area, she reassured me that this location is secure and if a problem arises they address the issue immediately.

Things were great till there was a problem. AND THEY HAVE A RODENT PROBLEM. We were told that they had NO rodent problems (repeatedly) and everything is new and clean thus didn't really need insurance unless we really wanted it. We went with these folks because of these assurances and along with being a indoor storage we payed the extra that a climate controlled indoor storage costs. After our stuff was there for 6-8 months we went to retrieve our bedroom set and our $2500.00 bed mattress had been invaded by mice! It is ruined. Don't yet know what else the mice got into since the movers took our other items before we saw the mice coming out of the mattress- then they wouldn't even touch it. We were then told that since we didn't have their insurance too bad for you, "you had a bad day". Not even a small % was offered to compensate. I don't recommend anyone put anything in this storage unless you want to catch mice. I don't think this was because of the staff, they had been very nice to us, but rather the owner who doesn't even want to pay the fee's required to have the CubeSmart name connected to this businesses. If I were CubeSmart I would be glad he didn't. I wouldn't store a dog house with these folks again. You've BE WARNED.
