without an appt. , they squeezed me in and gave prompt and courteous service. Gave me good information and even used there phone to compare prices of competing businesses. Great nationwide warranty too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I've always had pretty good service here, they've nudged me in between appointments when I don't make one. One time they pulled the "Our lawyers won't let us put those tires back on your car" routine to make a tire sale when I went in for a brake job. I knew the tires were worn so it wasn't a big deal, but I do get a little cranky when salesmen resort to tricks. Nonetheless, they do a good job and I've been going there since they opened.

Always been good to me and mine!This tire shop has been a favorite of mine and my family's for a couple of years now. They have been excellent to my 86-year-old granmother who has done several transactions with them. Not only do they give excellent service, but they have extended credit to her when she hasn't had the money to pay for repairs or tires. I trust them to do what they say and I also have never seen any "attitude" as described by the other reviewer, even when people have come in upset or questioning their service.

Aweful service. I took my son truck in for a flat tire. The man at the counter called and said all four tires needs to be replaced ($360.00). I said fine my son is a 18 years. He told me it would be ready by 4pm. I came at 4pm to pick up my son truck. The lady at the front counter (Jen) was aweful. She said she did not know anything about my son truck and handed me the keys. She has a chip on her shoulder and is aweful to customers. I wished that I would have taken my son truck to another tire place. I also feel Les Schwab needs to have some hidden shoppers come and check their Antelope store out. Jen is a very very rude person. I have lived in Antlope over 20 years same house and plan on staying for another 20 years. I will not recommed Les Schwab to anyone. They do not belong in Antelopecommunity.
