        The rugmart is the BEST

        The rugmart is the best, they have the best prices and best installers I give them 5 stars. They put carpet and hardwood in my house and it came out amazing. Donna and Paul at the rugmart are the BEST

        The Rug mart does not stand be...

        The Rug mart does not stand behind their products or installation, we spent thousands of dollars for a new carpet in our new store. The manufacture voided the warantee because of the installation and the owners of rugmart disappeared from their promise to stand behind the installation. They are also not licensed by the State of Connecticut for installation in residential homes per the Consumer Protection Department. They don't respond to letters from Attorneys trying to protect their clients who have received "shabby" workmanship and products not installed per the manufactures guidelines. There rating with the BBB is from our complaint. A store to stay away from!!

        We're not happy with the way ...

        We're not happy with the way they do business. For example, not itemizing the quote we were given, and asking for the deposit check to be made out in there name. Why not the company name? Seems fishy. They also have a F, for a rating with The Better Business Breau.

        The only reason we need to do this is that our account is closed due to someone hacking into our account. Our is handling the matter. It is easier for us and our lawyer's office to have checks made in our name so we don't have to give them all the deposits. The need to do this should end shortly. Also, we usually do itemize everything unless it's a quote. I'm not sure why this customers bill was not itemized. They are certainly welcome to any information they need and/or to see us and we can correct their bill. We probably have an F for a rating because we do not respond to the better business bureau. They are an organization that asks for payment to belong. We have been in business for over 15 years and get most of our business from referrals. For every one customer who has a complaint, we have 100's more who love our work and come back over and over again.
