I was grossly overcharged on my second visit. The hair stylist, Courtney, did not discuss pricing with me. I have been to many high-end salons and they charged me $240 for a hair cut and highlights. I would have never agreed to have these services done if she had explained the pricing. The prices on the website are inaccurate. I expected to pay about $150. I called and complained and requested to have one of the owners call me. The owner refused to return my call. Very disappointed and disheartened by this experience. My hair is average shoulder length and on the thin side. My haircut and color were only average.

Provided by SuperpagesI like DA salon, but they don't let me bring my toddler to any waxing appointments. As a stay-at-home -mom, that is very inconvenient and forces me to have waxing services done elsewhere. I understand the concept of quiet and relaxation in a day spa, but how long does an eyebrow wax take?
