        Overall

        steer clear of extraordinarily rude dispatcher and drivers who evidently think it's ok to go against city codes by using their car horns to blare their arrival (instead of walking 15 feet to the house or, imagine this, use their cell phone). one would think dispatch would be grateful a call was placed to alert her of the error of the driver; instead she hung up abruptly. next time they can deal with the city police.
