Be very careful. I had a fine for overdue books and went in a few weeks ago to pay the fine and borrow more books. Today I went online to renew the current books and noticed the fine was never removed! I called the branch and two extremely nasty employees there basically did not want to hear it. They were adamant that I still owed. I am livid! I worked as a page at this location for 2 years while in high school and have been a patron for over 20 years and to be treated as if I would lie over $9.00 fine is ridiculous! My warning is this- if you ever have to pay a fine to these swindlers make sure your receipt is correct.
