Very disappointed! The guy came and gave an estimate 1.5-2hr to install the dishwasher but end up charged me for 3hr. He should be able to use the connector from current one but insist that he need new one. Luckily I bought one the kit, otherwise it will gave him excuse to go to home depot and charge more hours. Work very slow and unprofessional with an attitude. You can go with lowes for $134 instead of this guy for $220 (this is a discount rate for first customer, imagine if not) I called the owner and complained but can't do much.

Will NOT use it again!!
