Tom's House Repair

We gave this man 1000.00 To fix the drywall crack and fix holes, do some plumbing and some other stuff. (there was no heat in the house and it was below 30 degrees) Instead of fixing the plumbing and other stuff he put some mud on the walls and on the holes. (did not sand anything )(Also it had 2old electric boxes with the old time fuses in them. The only thing he did was take them out and put electrical tape on the wires and nailed the box shut) And wanted more money. It was sad I am taking him to magistrate court to try to get some of my money back. If anyone has any more complaints please let me know. So far I have found 4 complaints

I gave this contractor $300.00 up front to replace an 8 foot section of my garage roof. He tore off all the boards, then wanted $3000.00 to do the whole roof, and never came back. I had to take him to court to re-coop my money he took and not completing the work. So buyer BEWARE of this guy, he is a crook that does not obtain the proper code enforcement paperwork to do the work, and wants paid under the table also. Then leaves you with nothing!!
