Before you check out all of the options on our website, we would like to tell you a little bit about our company.The company started out as and still is a small family owned business. Family members opened a branch in Anderson, South Carolina in 1970. What followed were rapid growth spurts each year. In 1983 Anderson Fire & Safety spun off from the parent company to become a sole corporation and separate entity. The company started with two people in 1970 and grew to approximately 20 by 1998. We have a very friendly sales staff that are willing to offer assistance any time a customer is in need. We also pride ourselves in speaking with a direct representative instead of a voice mail system everytime you call.You can be confident about Anderson Fire & Safety because our company's products are NFPA compliant and our staff is well trained for hazardous situations. Because of our environment and the work with hazardous materials, all employees are sent to DOT workshops every two years for Hazmat training. Emergency response guidebooks are provided for all employees.Employees who service Scott Air Paks are trained by factory representatives on how to repair these products. Employees take written tests supplied by the manufacturer and must pass to be certified to work on their products. These certificates and tests also apply to restaurant system technicians. They must pass a test every to years to be recertified to install and service restaurant equipment. Factory training as well as on site training is provided.Currently Anderson Fire & Safety is providing sales & service in all divisions throughout the Southeastern United States. This includes South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, FloridaAnderson Fire & Safety is involved in selling servicing fire and safety equipment Our company sells many different products and services. Municipal Division-The Municipal Division consists of mainly assisting firefighters with the safety products they need in order to fight the fires they are faced with everyday. However, this division is not limited to firefighters. This side also sells to EMS companies, policemen, or even an individual that may walk in looking for a simple product such as a flashlight.2. Industrial Division-The Industrial Division provides service to all types of industries. This includes sales and service of any type fire extinguisher systems both portable and fixed units. This side also provides a full line of safety products such eye protection and ear protection3. Systems Division-The Systems Division provides sales and service of extinguishing systems primarily for commercial kitchen applications. This division is directly responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and service of hood systems in institutional sites such as schools, hospitals, and many public restaurants.Please take a look at our options and see our products in depth.
