The guys (Grant and Robert) arrived on time. They worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. The area on my deck outside of where the window was to be replaced needed to shoveled, before I could get my boots and hat on, the snow had been shoveled out of the way. Once they were finished everything was cleaned up, the operation and care of the window was explained and the dudes were gone!

I want to thank Rob, Jordan, Mike, Paul, Jeff and Spencer. This two crew team did an awesome job at replacing 8 windows, a back door and giving me beautiful bay windows. These poor guys had to work the coldest week of January and still had a great attitude and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Renewal By Andersen, they are friendly, professional and great to work with. Carmel - Wasilla, Alaska.

This an edited review. I somehow gave 5 stars for selection and service, but only 1 star for the overall experience. It was definitely a 5 star job all the way around. The windows and door look great, no complaints at all.

We just had 14 windows replaced by Paul, Spencer and Robert. Paul was very informative and explained in detail the installation process and what to expect. Spencer cut most of the wood work and kept us updated through the entire process. He also left the spare wood neatly stacked in our garage. All three did an outstanding job and we were very please with their professionalism. I will recommend Renewal by Anderson just based off of the customer service I received from this team.

So....this is an updated review. I had originally given one star, hoping to call someone's attiention to my dissatisfaction as I hadn't really gotten anywhere via repeated phone calls. Here was the gist of my original complaint: one of the installers wasn't very professional, some damage was done to one of the screens, and the trim was poor quality. I was quite surprised after the negative review had gone public to hear from the owner of the Anchorage based Renewal by Anderson office. He seemed genuinely concerned about our bad experience and wanted to come over to our house to see the windows himself and work out a way to fix them. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much at that point. I was feeling frustrated and irritable and was sure it wouldn't go far. I was wrong. Chris looked at the trim of only a few of the windows and agreed that it had to go. He arranged to replace ALL of it-all 13 windows- at his own expense and have it pre-stained and inspected. He arranged to have it done as quickly as possible, and made sure the screen would be available to be replaced as well. We have just finished the second day of trim install and the two gentlemen he sent over have just left. They were polite, professional, and funny. Ivan was the lead installer and they were both fantastic. We did an inspection together after they were done, and we couldn't find a single thing. My windows are gorgeous. They look better than I expected them to when I first contacted Andersen about replacing the existing ones on our home. Chris also called this evening to ask how the trim replacement had gone, and to make sure our window screen was replaced. Honestly, I've never had a negative experience turn into such a positive one, and so quickly. I am thrilled with my windows and with the level of service I received. It's safe to say we have become customers for life.

Matt and Justin did a great job with a difficult installation. Stairs and second story were no problem for them.

Bob and Jeff installed my windows. Did a beautiful job! They were very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. They didn't leave a mess in my home or driveway (I've had other contractors do that). I highly recommend this team and this business. I love my new windows!

People at Renewal by Andersen were easy to work with. They were professional, polite and personable, and paid attention to detail. Thanks to Bob and Jeff for the fantastic job installing our replacement windows! We couldn’t ask for a better install or a better experience.

Bob and Jeff did a great job -- they showed up when they said they would, did a skillful job installing the windows, and cleaned everything up at the end, plus they are nice guys.

The installers (Ivon, Matt, Robb, and Jorden) worked efficiently and professionally. Each morning protection for my home was placed in all the locations, and each evening was removed along with all construction debris. The change in life safety code necessitated enlarging all bedroom windows. Because of the enlargement of bedroom windows, two of the windows had electrical wiring in the area of enlargement. Renewal, was able to have an independent electrician, Larry Kunder response the next morning. We could not find any debris or materials at the end of each day. At the completion of the job, Ivon walked us through the installation process, operation of the window and work area for each of the windows, ensuring our satisfaction with the install, we understood the operation and making sure all materials and debris were removed. These guys, especially Ivon and Matt, are professional, considerate and a pleasure to have in my home.

Grant and Spencer installed 5 andersen windows in our home and did an excellent job. They were professional, respectful and courteous. We are happy with their work and enjoyed having them in our home. All was scheduled and implemented in a very timely manner and as promised.

Bryan was our consultant and was great to work with. Installers were Ivon and Victor, couldn't ask for two nicer guys, very courteous and cleaned up every drop of dirt they created. So happy with the install we just ordered another 12 grand worth of windows from Bryan and want the original crew to install these also.

I'm loving my new window! The airflow and light is phenomenal and a complete 180 from what was replaced- Josh and Jordan did a GREAT job! they were professional, information and friendly. Awesome work, awesome customer service, I'll definitely be recommending this company to friends and family. Thank you so much!!!

I am very happy with the quality of work. Ivon and Daniel were efficient and professional. Afterwards they cleaned up completely so it looked like they were never even there.... besides my beautiful new kitchen window.

Recently had two windows replaced in our home. The installers, Rob and Casey, Did an excellent job, They were professional as they went about their work and maintained a clean and neat work area. We were very pleased with the final installation. Thank you RBA of Alaska.

Josh, Chris and Jordan replaced 10 windows as well as a fixed door with a sliding door. I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and efficient work practices. It took a total of 4 days and each day they showed up on time and had planned out what they were going to complete for that day. It was a pleasure watching them work. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the work space. I can’t say enough good things about their workmanship. Would definitely recommend these windows to anyone looking to replace theirs.

Josh and Trey were awesome! They arrived on time and explained what they were going to do before even starting the door removal and replacement. Very neat and cleaned up everything afterward. Highly recommend the company and these 2 fine workers.

Paul and Bob were very professional, clean and prompt. Our window installation was quick and easy. They look great! These are premium windows at a premium price with red carpet service from the installers and office staff. The sales pitch is a little long winded and has a "buy today for a big discount" hard sell, but the product and service is A+.

Getting my new Windows installed (ten total) by Josh, Chris, Ivon, Taylor and Trey was a pleasure. Theses guys were very knowledgable and professional during the whole process. They were very polite and punctual every day during the job. I would definitely recommend and use these guys in the future.
