Cartridge World

I use this company exclusively for refilling my business' cartridges. Newsflash: ink is expensive! This company DOES offer an additional discount for bringing in your own cartridges and I'm happy to pay a few dollars more (if that is the case) to not have to spend the additional time and money shipping ink in and I'm supporting a local business to boot. (Franchises are owned by and employ people here even if Cartridge World itself is national). Always pleasant service and good quality cartridges.

I absolutely will never go back to cartridge world! I started noticing that my cartridges never lasted very long, so then I was told not to let them sit for so long and they will last longer. So I got a new cartridge from the cartridge world store on dawson and used it and it only lasted 5 days! I print around 30 sheets a day (invoices for my small business) and nothing more. A cartridge should last longer than 150 sheets with thirteen lines of text! The store owner refused a refund or even a credit for a new cartridge! I highly recommend you just get new cartridges. DO NOT go to cartridge world.

I have talked to several different people who have used cartridge world and all of us agree! HORRIBLE products! you pay just a little less than retail on a brand new cartridge, you get less than half the print jobs you would with a new cartridge and you get horrible customer service and bad excuses from a lackluster staff. Say no to cartridge world and use genuine HP or other cartridges! if you are worried about recycling your cartridges most new cartridges come with preposted self addressed envelopes you can use to mail them back or GO TO OFFICE DEPOT and use the drop box.
