        The tile work looked great. It was everything else that was the problem. They reversed the hot and cold of my shower (hot before cold, face plate was right ... and then tiled over it. They installed a support bar by my toilet with only one side secured by a stud. The other side pulled right out after putting weight on it. I weigh well over 200 pounds and elderly. I will stop there. They were very nice. I didn't need nice; I wanted professional.
