Our remodeling project was ok although I expected much more from a "designer". Guess we get what we pay for...the unsettling part of the whole experience was the lack of professionalism. I overheard how she talked to the people she sub-contracted and her phone manners need help. The workers and subcontractors were nice and seemed like they knew their trades well so that part was fine. Perhaps she should hire a project manager to interface with the workers and subcontractors and clients. Whenever she was cordial it came off as being disingenuous.
