I have a similar story....I ordered cumtom shutters from this guy back in July 2010. I have him a $600 deposit and never heard from the clown again. I have made many phone calls and heard many different excuses from him. He told me he would refund my money but I have never seen a penney from him. I filed a case in small claims court to which he never showed up. I currently have a court judgement against him from March 2011. Here it is June 2011 and I still have not received a cent! This guy needs to be in prison for theft and fraud as I know he is still doing this same thing to other people!!

Late Novemeber 2010 I ordered some shutters from this company and gave them $1,100.00 to process my order early Dec 2010 I get a letter from the company stating that they will not be able to commit to my order and they will refund my money in Jan 2011. I called him Perry J Black (Owner) and he said that they are going through hard times and that he is sorry but he had to use my money for something else. Here we are in March 2011 and have not received anything from this company and is ignoring my calls and emails. I found out that I am one of many people he did this to. I can not believe this company still in bussiness as he is still taking orders. WOW. Please do not fall for this as I did.
