Paid 199$ for the webinar crash course that supposedly comes with a "guarantee" that they do not honor. Do not waste your time or money. Information in the webinar is the same information you can find on YouTube. Your welcome

They are A RIPOFF....waste of time and money. How this business is still operating is shocking. Worst customer service. Old irrelevant instructors that have nothing to offer the students. George Haines was my instructor for the crash course,he was the worst instructor.He told stories about himself, and about his wife and kids for hours. I asked him when we were going to talk about real estate? He told me Real Estate is a journey, we will get to it. I called many times to complain and I want a call back, still no call. Save your time and money, stay away from REAL ESTATE TRAINERS.....

I signed up for their webinar crash course. I even spoke with someone over the phone. I am a single parent and hired and paid for child care all weekend. I have the receipt for payment of the class with the date on

It. They never sent me a link or anything to the webinar. There was no around to help resolve this over the weekend or any technical help email or hotline. I emailed and called every phone number imaginable so now I have to take the test Tuesday with out having had any review class over the weekend which I was relying on to study and they say to do this the weekend before your class. I would go to anyone else besides them. They should not be allowed to practice business at all. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau as well.

BEWARE!!!! This company scammed me.



They charged me $351 for a program that included a crash course that they sell for $150 by itself. The crash course was to supposed to be done via webinar.



After my test was scheduled with the state, I set a date with RETrainers for the crash course. They were supposed to send me a link to the webinar.



This was never done and I missed my crash course. The day before the course, I emailed them three times and tried everything in my power to get to the webinar. This cased a tremendous amount of stress as my test was a few days later. Brittany called me from their office. She had sent the information to the wrong email address as she misspelled it. She told me this over voicemail.



I asked for a refund for the crash course of $150, NOT the entire course that was $371. She denied the refund and transferred me to a supervisor, Veronica. Veronica told me that I could reschedule my test and that they would let me take the webinar. I scheduled the time off of work to take this test and would not be able to do this.



Lance, the VP of the company, was the last person to deny my request for a refund of the $150 for the crash course.



The bottom line is that this company did not fulfill their end of our agreement. They took the money with no problem. I understand the errors happen but I should not be responsible for paying for them. These guys have the audacity to tell me that the crash course is free in my package when their website clearly lists it sold seperately at $150 and as one of the components of the package I purchased.



I suggest ALLIED Real Estate School. My girlfriend and her sister used them. They give their crash course on DVD so that you can watch it anytime. Thank God that they lent me the discs. Allied is also cheaper.

Dont walk --RUN from this place!! There should be a red flag to rate this place cause I wouldn't give them a single star. I took their RE course a while back. They used to guarantee we pass the sales exam or our money back. My instructor turned out to be this older man who drove a white cadillac and attempted to appear to be very debonair. Anyhow, during class I raised my hand to ask him a question about RE Finance. His 1st response without even attempting to answer the question was :"You could never afford me as a private tutor!". I was floored and could not believe what I had just heard. Im black so I dont know if this was the reason he made the comment; yet he never answered my question. Anyhow...I left the class and thankfully passed my test without the school's lack of help. I have friends who've asked me about schools and would NEVER refer anyone to be humiliated the way I was. I hope they have since gotten rid of such a horrible and nasty instructor. Meanwhile this school remains on my i*sht list and I will continue to advise people to stear clear away from your school and try it on their own. Certainly not worth it. The test is easy if you study well. Get plenty of rest before the exam and you'll be fine. There are also tons of study material directly at the Dept. Of RE website not to mention YouTube!! I'm telling you, save your money for equipment or to join the RE association. Good luck!!
