He melded his wedding planning skills with his floral skills and thought of a creative way to repurpose our table garland as our ceremony arch!! He’s brilliant and it turned out absolutely lovely! This is a service not offered by other florists but is unique to Adam if he is your wedding planner as he’s there the day of and can make this happen. He’s got a true talent and creates such beautiful bouquets that are reflective of the bride’s vision. He’s also got a wide network and knew every vendor we booked which made the entire process a lot easier. Because of him established relationships with these vendors he’s able to reach them more quickly or already knows how they work and what to expect. I initially only booked Adam for day of coordination but eventually booked him for everything because he just makes it that much easier. This ease carries through to the day of coordination as well. The wedding went so much smoother than I could have imagined - many of my friends warned me things will undoubtedly go wrong. Even with the small things, Adam immediately addressed it and we were able to completely enjoy every second of our wedding. An absolute pleasure to work with Events by Adam Afara.

He and his Team became not only my favorite people in the world during my planning process, but people my husband, myself, and our parents all now consider our dear friends. Adam’s calming, sweet, and detail-oriented nature and understanding motivation any time this naturally scatterbrained bride experienced the inevitable “wedding freak-out” always managed to put my “hot mess” bridal stress at bay. He worked nothing short of miracles to get every last thing we wanted and stayed within our tight budget, dealt with a variety of strong personalities in my family trying to interject their own ideas while staying true to what he knew my vision was, used his amazing contacts to remedy a very last minute catering catastrophe, met with me for more hours than we could count, went above and beyond what we originally agreed on by ordering and arranging all the flowers for our rehearsal dinner himself. My wedding was better than any vision I’d had for it because of his hard work - it was classy, elegant... just unforgettable . I will be eternally grateful for the wedding and memories he created for us. The best part was that I had zero stress and was able to totally enjoy my big day with all of our family and friends, all because Adam worked tirelessly behind the scenes coordinating the timing, set up, and every last detail without one hiccup. We cannot thank him and his team - who also stepped up at the very last minute to be our officiant . They are simply amazing people ,We truly can’t say enough about how thankful we are and how much we adore this talented MAN. He is the absolute best, and if you’re looking for a wedding planner, call him immediately. Events by Adam Afara did a wonderful job with our wedding. Adam worked so well with his team during the planning phase and we met several times during the planning process to keep me on track, but still allowed the wedding to be my own creation. It was the perfect blend! Adam made everything from the rehearsal to the reception go smoother than I could ever imagine. the day of the wedding was wonderful. he paid great attention to detail, made sure all the last minute details were taken care of, and made sure the setting the day of the wedding was wonderful looking. The tent, the wedding set up, the flowers, the meal, the reception were all great. The day was perfect for us and our guests . HONESTLY!! The wedding day was perfect, his team was incredibly helpful taking care of literally anything and everything we needed. Adam Afara made our dream come true on our wedding day!

Adam Afara is wonderful! My fiancé and I were engaged in January 2019 and set a wedding date for august , where we planned to host 300+ people ; we were in dire need of help with our planning as we only had 7 months! After just one phone call with Adam , founder of Events by Adam Afara, my mom and I immediately felt at ease and confident that Adam would bring the professional input, support, and organization that we needed. Adam was willing to meet with us as often as we needed to work through details and always gave us his honest opinion about various aspects of the wedding. Our wedding required a unique level of security and Adam's involvement was instrumental in ensuring all logistics played out very smoothly. Everything was absolutely perfect on the day of our wedding. Adam was present at the reception venue day-of to ensure the set up at the Scottish Rite was exactly as we had planned, while we were getting ready for the wedding ceremony. Adam and his team are extremely well connected, which worked very well for us as he was already familiar with many of our vendors. His input was irreplaceable and each day we worked together he brought his fun, supportive and patient demeanor with him. We are so grateful to have had his help and highly recommend his team to anyone looking to plan a GORGEOUS AND GLAMOUR wedding!

Where do I even start? Hiring Adam and his team was the best decision I made in the entire wedding planning process. I can't say enough great things about events by Adam Afara .He really listened to our needs and helped our vision come to fruition. He paid great attention to all the little details from the beautiful pineapple boutonnieres to the tropical cake table with woven plant installation above, to the vibrantly crafted bouquets and table layout. He really has an eye for design. He made the impossible possible. He had many options for us to choose from in regards to photographers, wedding venues, caterers, DJ’s, and etc. I felt like we had extra care taken with our wedding due to his connections. Adam is very organized and punctual. He was always quick to respond via various methods (email, text, phone) when needed. I work full-time at a very busy clinic and couldn’t always respond via phone or email. He was very flexible and worked with my schedule. Adam setup meetings for me with cake decorators and food caterers. He really was a guiding light in a process that can be very confusing and overwhelming. I felt at ease with Adam, and that I could be honest if I did or did not like any aspect of the wedding being planned. I felt that her prices were very reasonable for the high quality service provided. Adam’s time-lines were impeccable. We stayed on time for every aspect of the wedding day. I can honestly say that everything went very smoothly on my wedding day. It was pure bliss! Not a single thing went awry. My husband and I had a beautiful day, and all of our guests genuinely enjoyed themselves.

We know of Adam Afara through my sister in law’s friends and her husband . They were very happy with him at their wedding . We still reached out to other wedding planners to compare but after meeting each one of them, we found the confidence to trust our wedding to Adam. And indeed he DELIVERED. We live in Miami and we have to do everything by phone or mail and he was on top of it. Every email was answered on time and he don’t mind having skype to talk to us if we have concerns and questions. Whenever we are on town, all meeting have been taken care of and all we have to do is to be there. Like our expectations, he did all the vendors and event research, made all the appointments, bargain packages, keep track of budget and payments, did all the communications and coordination, managed the ever changing wedding day itinerary, and just in overall he really did take off a lot of stress on me (the bride). Adam had a lot of vendor contacts which we like a lot because it gave us options based on our preferences and budget. He worked a lot with these people and they gave us good discounts and services because of his and most importantly he knew that they will do a good job at our wedding. And yes they did. We were very happy with all the vendors he referred to us that we wouldn’t have known if not because of him. He gave us his true opinion and advice on many different things and I believed that it made our wedding a lot more to what we like. The wedding day in itself couldn’t have gone more smoothly than I expected. My husband and I kept telling each other that we never thought our wedding day would go by so well. Yes we have everything all planned out in paper and we did the rehearsal 3 days before but we never think that it will be perfect. Everything was taken care of and everything went by exactly as I wanted it to be. It was a Magical wedding. I was able to really enjoy the wedding day with my family and friends and I have nothing to worry about. Everybody had a great time at the wedding. From our very first phone call, to the monthly meetings, to the week of the wedding, to the day of and even last minute of the reception, Adam Afara and his teamand his assistant were there for it all, making sure everything was perfect and seamless. The entire planning process was extremely organized and stress-free. Each time I had a question about something, they were quick to respond and were flexible and understanding. They made sure every small detail was taken care of, even when we hit some bumps the night before the wedding (I almost went into Bridezilla mode, but thank goodness for EBAA!!). One of the reasons I loved working with Adam Afara is because of how personable he is , while being professional at the same time. Not once did I feel like I couldn't express my concerns, because I knew he would has answers and solutions. Events by Adam Afara team really meant it when they said, you can sit back & relax, and we'll do the rest, because they did just that, and more. I had a really vague vision of what I wanted for the wedding; the only thing I had my mind set on were the colors. After discussing some ideas, Adam took his creativity to a whole new level by incorporating my Chinese culture and my now-husband's Korean culture and turned it into the most beautiful backdrop and centerpieces. It was more than what I had asked for. We were hoping to take some first-look photos at our hotel, not knowing they started charging a fee for that. But for whatever reason, Adam worked his magic, and we were able to do it at no extra cost. We said it in our thank you speech the night of our wedding, but I'll say it again: Adam Afara and his team , you are truly the best. Thank you for making our day so so special. July 20st has become one of our favorite memories because of you.

Honestly From the initial appointment to determine what our vision was for the wedding and reception decor, I felt very at ease with Events by Adam Afara . Adam took great care to try and learn what my vision was for the wedding and how to use his expertise to create what I wanted. I liked that - and this enabled us to truly create a custom one of a kind look for our big day. Adam was kind, accommodating and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. I would bounce things off of Adam and without hesitation, he would first clarify what my vision was, and then add his input based on his expert eye for detail, color coordination, etc. On the day of my wedding, I broke down into tears at the beautiful, dreamy atmosphere that Adam and his team had created for my husband and I. It was literally everything I had dreamed of; it had the glitz, glamour, bling, sparkle, romance and more than I wanted. Adam even added touches here and there that he felt were needed to add more beauty to the venue. He exercised his creative rights. My guests could not and have not stopped talking about the beauty of it all. Additionally, a few days before the wedding, I was not pleased with a mock up of my bouquet (provided by another vendor) - and Adam to the rescue! Within about 3-4 business days, Adam and his staff PERSONALLY delivered the most beautiful, sparkling bouquet that I have ever seen (along with a jr. bouquet and corsages). he made it his business to make us happy. I am truly sad that I won't be talking to Mr Adam Afara as much any more since the wedding is now over. Adam delivered on ALL levels and I can't say enough about him. Thank you soo much Adam. You will forever be a better part of our memories. If you have the pleasure to work with Adam Afara , you will not be disappointed, I promise you. I really felt that Adam put his heart into this

We did full planning with Adam for our wedding at The Coronado Island on Sep 28th, 2019. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Adam and Team from beginning to end. The Coronado Island is an amazing venue, but requires a lot of work and imagination since it is an open event space. Adam helped us turn our vision into reality and guided us along the process the entire time. He has great relationships with all the top vendors which made all the decisions we had to make so much easier. He is extremely well organized and made sure we were on time and on budget as worked through the process. On the day of, Adam kicked it into another gear -- everyone from bridesmaids to family members loved him and he made sure we were completely at ease, well fed and stress free on our big day. We were able to barely think about the logistics of a big event and just enjoy the moment. We can't recommend him enough - unbelievable planner and the best decision we made throughout our wedding planning process was picking Events by Adam Afara!!

Adam and his team were wonderful. From our very first meeting I knew he had to be our florist and would make our wedding beautiful. My experience with Adam afara was amazing! I let them pick my design for my flowers and I simply gave them my wedding colors. At first I was nervous, I wanted my wedding to be perfect. However, all of my guests were amazed by my centerpieces, and so was I. Everything came out great and I've been to weddings where that was not the case at all! My bouquet was soo pretty with little sparkles here and there. I'm so happy with how everything came out. Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough good things about Adam Afara. He spent so much time planning, consulting via e-mail, and being on site with us at the actual ceremony. Coordinating every little detail for the ceremony and site, it was absolutely beautiful! He made our day SO much more special, and everything turned out way better than I could ever have imagined.
