I have been using Aptive for pest control for a few years with good success. This is the first time I've had to request a solution for RATS! After de-webbing and spraying exterior and interior for spiders and smaller insects, Cameron Crownover showed me the installation of the rat trap and told me what to expect. I was relieved to hear that Aptive would come to remove the dead rat(s) and replace the used trap with a new one. Thanks, Cameron! Thanks, Aptive!

I was so glad to see Charles Horn again to do our quarterly service! He is so thorough and helpful. He has an excellent attitude. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for doing such a great job!

Technician was on time and was wearing a properly maintained uniform. Driving a company vehicle clearly marked with company logos. I asked for additional areas to be fumigated and the Tech complied without hesitation..

I have been using Aptive Environmental for about 2 years now. They come to our house quarterly and will come back in between if needed. Two days ago, Kevin Arroyo, came out to treat our house in between our quarterly. He was great!!! Super knowledgeable about his products and killing bugs!!! just about a year ago we sign up for pest control and know we have reduce all sort of pest,bugs,spiders etc.Inside and outside.

Isidro Guzman can for a retreat meant- because the previous (initial) treatment by someone else was pretty careless. Isidro turned all my furniture upside down to clean and spray everywhere. He made sure to ask ahead of time where I wanted him to focus and at the end he again followed up to make sure I was pleased with his service and offered to treat anywhere else before he left.

Evan Latham did a great job in take my care of our concerns that we discussed while he was here performing the service.

I called for a re-service due to ant activity, they came out w/in 24hrs of my call. Daniel Peterson did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond. He sprayed all around my house and backyard fence and around grass area, most people don't do that much, he was great. I'm going to request him for my next spray. Thanks, Daniel!

Joseph Orr came by to take care of our house for our initial visit. He was prompt, professional, and even came back later in the day to take care of a few extra spots for me. Happy with his service and appreciate his help!

Amando Rodriquez came to my home today for the initial treatment. He was on time, explained procedure beforehand and answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. I decided to sign a contract with Aptive as I was tired of battling ants and also had to have my car fixed as a rodent ate through the wiring of my car. I'm happy to not have to deal with bug problems or worry about my car any longer! This is money well spent.

We have experienced an increase in spiders around the house so I called to schedule an additional service. Brandon Delnero arrived on time and took the time ask about the problem. He said he would do the normal spray and also look and see if he could find any other way he could help. He was friendly, professional, and hardworking. Great job
