And you are close to everything from outdoor activities to the St. Croix Casino, local wineries and within walking distance to at least 4 bars and restaurants. A gem in the city! Two blocks away you will find a 5 acre park with lighted tennis courts, basketball courts and a playground for kids. Across the street is another park with a fishing pier on the Apple River. There are grills, picnic tables and a covered shelter. Two blocks away in the opposite direction is a public landing. You will be able to walk to any restaurant or retail outlet because you are only blocks from the main downtown street. You will need a car if you want to travel to the casino, winery, etc. You can walk anywhere downtown Amery. The yard is yours to enjoy during the day to read or have coffee or drinks and by night you can roast marshmallows in the fire pit under the star filled sky. A great little get away place for one or two or a group!
