        This is the second time I've paid for Priority mail, shipping things to my grandkids in Wisconsin, and they are NOT receiving things when promised. I pay for a service and I don't get it. When I talk with the people at the post office, they make excuses like, "Well, it's not REALLY guaranteed," or "We have no control over the weather," or some other nonsense. If weather is an issue, TELL ME! You have to know something when I am up there paying twice as much for NOTHING!!! And... if it is NOT guaranteed delivery, why the devil am I paying double??? And this so-called "oversize" bunk is just that... BUNK!
