I haven't even been able to be seen there even though my kids are assigned to there medical group and I called to see if I can take my child in because she has been running a fever all night. The receptionist said that they aren't taking any new patients with my daughters insurance but did insinuate that the are accepting private insurance because they are a private office. Wow that's all I can say. Discriminating me because of my insurance. So watch out if you have Medicaid or CHIP because they definitely will not take that insurance. When on there website it clearly states that they are accepting new patients. My advise to the medical group is that they should clarify there website to only private insurance!!!! Fyi they haven't even reached there max with Medicaid or CHIP because when I called the Medicaid office they didn't show anything in there system that this particular medical group is maxed out in patients because then why did they enroll me with the provider of my choice?? I just think if they don't want to take a particular insurance or minority group then why accept it. To look good to the community??????
They don't even deserve one star in my opinion..

Children's health care is truly amazing! Dr.Lackan-McKenzie has been such a help with my son. He was 6 weeks early and had some health problems in rleation to that. His first Dr. who was not a pediatrician was never helpfull. Since switcin to Dr. Lackan at childrens health care we have seen amazing changs in our little boy. I could not ask for a bettter Dr. for my son. Theyare ruly wonderfull and God has truly blessed us by allowing us to have our son seen there.
