General Info
Kindred Hospitals continue the care that short-term hospitals provide. We offer high quality post-acute hospital care to patients with medically complex conditions. These patients are critically ill and have few care options left; they come to us because they require aggressive, specialized care and a prolonged recovery time beyond their stay in a traditional short-term acute care hospital. Our patients have serious medical conditions, often many at the same time, requiring a coordinated, specialized approach, directed by physicians, to meet their daily medical needs.

Overall

My uncle just had toe surgery (he is a diabetic), while sitting on the edge of his bed he fell and cracked his head open. There was no one there to watch him. He is a vegetarian and they have told his sister they have no idea how to cook vegetarian meals for him, so his family should bring him his meals. DO NOT allow your loved ones to go to this hell hole.

Overall
Avoid this hospital like the Plague

If you want you loved one mistreated and neglected let them stay at Triumph. They have let my father lay there with vomit all over him for a long time. They have let him lay in his own fecies for at least an hour and when they finally came in to change the his bedding they left the soiled bedding in an open container in the room for a minimum of an hour. He is on a ventalator with breathing problems. Fecies can become airborne. Not a good combination. You are only allowed in the room for a maximum of two hours at a time so we really don't know just how long my dad has been neglected before arriving. When the patient is on a ventalator, the nurse call button was at my dad's feet, the clipboard where my dad can write and communicate is across the room. He is lying on a bed with no sheets. The oxygen monitor was disconnected and the blood pressure cuff disconnected all of which is causing machine alarms to go off with no one coming in to check as to what is going on. It's kind of scary. What would happen if he happened to flat line. Would no one know about this for many hours later? Would you consider this treatment something one would get in ICU? I beg you do not put your loved one in this facility!!!
