        This veterinary clinic that I found quite by accident has time and again exceeded my expectations. Very compassionate with my pets and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Thank you Charter and staff.

        My first experience with Charter and it was a good one. Doc Charter and his staff were very professional, worked me in among their other appointments and took good care of two of my dogs. I will definitely go back.
