        They were the only ones that would answer the phone on a Monday night at 130am and the only ones that would call the bail and help my family out thank y'all so much

        The staff here has a condescending attitude and they treat you like you are stupid. I called them about a case I bonded out on and they refused to answer my questions, saying things such as "I don't care where you come from, this is how we do it in Amarillo." They, told me that I had to appear in court for no apparent reason, and they hurried me off the phone to take another call after speaking to me for just a few minutes. I am wondering if I am in the best hands with them now that I am stuck with them as my Bailbondsman.
