        Poor customer service

        I am sure this Business would be better without the Receptionist. Michael Arp (The Owner) needs to be aware of how rude his Receptionist is. She needs an Attitude Check and she needs to stop ruining Michaels business. If the Owner has any decency... he would FIRE her.
