I had a great experience. The customer service aspect was on point. The professionalism of staff was glaring, everything was thoroughly explained to me before, during, and after.

I was traveling through Amarillo this week and my brake light began flashing intermittently. My brother recommended Aardvark and you responded with courtesy and professionalism. My brake fluid was refilled, brakes checked and wiper fluid added all within 10 minutes. Thank you so much for helping a weary traveler having a bad week.

I didn't have the luxury of reading reviews before i needed service for my son's Suzuki Forester. I live in a small oil town where the local mechanics are backed up for weeks. When the clutch went out in his car, he had just started a new job and couldn't afford to be without transportation. I called the local mechanic and was told the estimated cost was 1500.00 and he couldn't even look at it for 2 weeks and probably 2 weeks after that to work on it. I had a friend load the car on a trailer and head to Amarillo (100 miles away) I called around to several shops while the vehicle was in transport in the hopes of finding someone comfortable enough to work on a Suzuki. I had never even heard of Aardvark automotive but the man that answered the phone (Brandon) seemed very knowledgeable on my car and was very friendly and helpful. He gave a broad estimate and said he didn't feel comfortable diagnosing without seeing the car (which i appreciate) He said he could look at the car that day and call me back with an estimate, which is exactly what he did. We picked the car up today (less than a week after they received it). The total cost was slightly less than the quote, which was LESS than my local mechanic quoted, and the car is running perfectly, according to my son. I am very pleased with the prompt,courteous, and professional service i received from Aardvark. I have 4 cars and they are all foreign. Aardvark is my new mechanic service!

I was going to take my VW to Aardvark after seeing all the great reviews on yp.com but then I noticed something. All the reviews are over a year old and they were all done within 4 months, many on the same day or every other day or so for weeks. Seems really suspicious so I went with the most recent review which was pretty negative. Think I'm going to go with one of the other guys. Sorry, Aardvark!

I give two stars because I was a walk in and they assisted me within minutes. Thus my gratitude ends. The receptionist was having a bad phone day but truthfully, was courteous when attending to me. They took my keys and kept them until they received my money. A very short 5 Minutes later came in with the news that it was going to cost a little over $2000.00 for repairs which needed to be soon (so why not pay for the part today, $1500.00, and we'll call you when it gets in) or your brakes will go out and of course, that would be bad. Dilemma. Reluctantly (I went here because of all the positive comments I had read online) I decided since I had time to kill, to get a second opinion. That 15 minutes cost me $144.13!



Down the road I received a FREE diagnosis of same repair at a competitor (oh, and I watched, they diagnosed the truck for at least 15 minutes and did I mention FREE diagnosis!) and came back with same issues and costs of repair BUT with the suggestion NOT to do it. Brakes were in great shape and should last but would lock up if pressed hard enough with out this fix. Hmmm, dilemma.



In short, Aardvark lost my business and respect but, gained a very good meal somewhere from out time together.

I appreciate the honesty, and the detailed explanations of what kind of work will be done to my car. I was afraid they were going to try to take advantage of me, and charge me an arm and a leg, because I'm a female, but they didn't. Thank you so much for everything.

The service I received at Aardvark Automotive was top notch! Everyone was very courteous, and the mechanics were very efficient with their work. Left there with my car running beautifully. I will definitely be back in the future.

Aardvark Automotive is a really great shop. They perform high quality repair service at a fair and just price. I feel that they have a sense of personal obligation to each customer. I do trust all my auto repair work to them.

Good communication. Mechanic guys are very knowledgeable and talented. They always get the job done fast and efficient. Couldn't ask for better.

My check engine light had turned on and I had taken my car to two places before coming to Aardvark Auto. The engine light would turn off for about a day then back on. Finally the problem was fixed, just needed an o2 sensor. They replaced in about 15 to 30 minutes and I was out of there. Thank you so much from preventing me from going to yet another auto shop.
