At First I Thought It Was Terrible, ButThrough The Whole Ordeal I'm Going Through Right Now They Are Actually Helpful. Billie is the guy that has been helping me and he's not a bad guy. I have had trouble with me trucks transmission and bought one from here. Installed and my truck didn't start after that. After taking it to two different shops and have a friend look at it I finally got my truck running but the transmission I had bought was no good... it was past the 30 day warranty. It had been almost two months since we had bought it. He told me normally this wouldn't happen by he's working with me to possibly get another transmission. I'll admit at times dealing with the ppl here I have been rude but they are still working with me and getting me another transmission. I'm giving 5 stars!!!!

TERRIBLE!!! They have horrible customer service, and they are NOT women friendly. They lied about the pricing over the phone, then tried to charge me triple the amount originally quoted. They thought I was an idiot. It was a waste of a drive to the terrible directions provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.
