Waste Connections Of Texas - Alvin

Used to be good, but lately problems with missed pick ups, and customer service apparently has no control over the drivers. Switched to the Angleton office.

Probably one of the worst solid waste providers in Texas. Routinely forgets our entire subdivision, has the rudest office staff that love to hang up on residents. I have seen them change names 3 times in 10 years but never service quality. This is what you get with low bid in the City of Alvin.

They missed the recycle today and when they sent the same truck out one of the workers actually tried to attack my wife and I in our yard claiming the bin wasn't out the first time. He lost it when we told him not only was it on our security camera from the night before but so was his truck driving past it. We actually had to call the police on him he became so violent. Multiple calls to the local office go unreturned. Messages to their Facebook get ignored as do customer service emails.
