Sitting here waiting for them to open, and it's well past the time they are supposed to be open. Seems lazy, going somewhere else.

I had a fill, 2 repairs and a pedicure. Less than 24 hrs 2 nails broke. I went in within the next few days the same evening I went in for repairs 3 more customers came in for repairs. Less than 24 hrs after that 1 more broke. I went in to get it repaired, the way they act as if I did something wrong. This is the rudest salon I've ever been in, just be warned. The over book clients then have you wait by soaking your feet so you feel as though you can't leave. Not one person is friendly or speaks, I realize they don't make money if customers have to keep coming back. There are other salons to go to and not be treated badly or rude. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I have gone to Pro Nails & Spa hand full of times just to paint my nails, they've always been average (if even that). However the most recent time I went, 5/12/15, I had an awful experience. I asked to get shellac for prom, I simply wanted black. When I told the man what i wanted, he said no and that I need to choose another color to make it easier on him. I refused to change my colors, he sighed, rolled his eyes and said whatever. While painting the first nail i asked him if he could paint one nail red, he then yelled at me and said no, I already choose black and he's not doing it over. It being my one pinky finger that was completed. He continued yelling at me explaining that he was not going to change it. I just sat there and put up with his nonsense for the remainder of the appointnent. I always thought this place was over priced for the quality ($34 for shellac & $46 for acrylic), now I know the place isn't even worth thinking about visiting. If you would like a great nail salon in Alvin, I suggest you try C.T. Nails located in the strip mall next to Baytown Seafood on HW 35 North. They are always polite, never over priced ($23 for shellac & $25 for acrylic) and they give you what you want.

I have been to this salon more than once and previously had pretty decent experiences. I went today (4/28/15) to receive a pedicure and a full set. I sat down at 12:45pm and waited for about 30 minutes with my feet in water before anybody started to even work on me. I told them I brought my own polish and just wanted a regular pedicure. The pedicure went okay with her painting MY gel polish (color and gel top coat), I say "okay" because in between painting my toes she was doing someone else's gel nails as well but I'm a patient person so I understood. Nevertheless, she finished my pedicure and then moved me to the nail area so another lady could do my full set. I asked for acrylics with tips and my gel polish with design. I only walked out with a full set with no polish because the lady could not do my design with gel polish. I told her that I had gotten that design before but she said she couldn't so I understood AGAIN. I got up to pay and was told my total was $65 dollars! For what I asked she said my pedicure was $23, gel polish paint was $12 and my full set was $30. I would've had absolutely no problem with paying for my pedicure and full set but to pay for them to paint my nails with MY gel polish was $12?! Completely ridiculous! I argued with the lady about it and the lady who did my toes chimed in that it was originally $15 and that she had already given me a $3 discount. I ended up leaving this nail salon at around 3pm and paying $63! I WILL NEVER again give my business to this salon and would not recommend anyone go here. I don't care about paying $63 but for me to pay that and not get what I wanted and be charged to use my OWN products?! Good riddance!

I have been to this nail salon for a long period of time. They are very professional and friendly technician.The salon are very clean and i really like the atmosphere.Its the best!!!
