MOBILE HUT

This was the 2nd time I purchased a phone from this store. The 1st time was in August 2021. They advertise they have phones online and tell you to come to the store only to not have them. So they asked me to come back a in a few hours and they will have the phone. I came back and bought it. Now September 2021 I had to purchase another phone. I asked them on at least 4 of the ads they posted online if they had the phone. They responded to each add with yes it's available and to come to the store. I drove 30 minutes and they didn't have the phones. In fact the employee said they hadn't had the phones for a long time. I let the owner and employees know online. Not even an apology. That's bad customer service. I also noticed they don't let you review them on Facebook. They turned the feature off. I reviewed them on Google and they simply removed themselves from Google. Don't purchase from this store.
