Fabulous Fur Fluffers

We did not have the best experience. This was my first time taking my dog to the groomer so I will say that I did not know exactly what to expect. When I called and spoke to the lady she was okay on the phone, not overly friendly, but decent. I could tell that she was trying to be nice but it just doesn't appear to be very easy for her. Anyhow, my husband dropped our dog off I had made the appt. She said it would take about 2 hours. So, 2 hours later, my husband shows up to pick up our Dog who is standing on the grooming table, tied up, and the groomer nowhere to be found. Come to find out, she left my dog tied up to the table, half shaved, because she wanted to go to lunch. I'm sorry. I've worked in customer service all of my adult life and this is not what I consider good customer service. We won't be returning. I've been told to try Tracy's TLC in Friendswood so I might try them next time.

This place did a great job and has great prices. We took our dog to get groomed at Happy Dogs in Manvel but for some reason they closed. We decided to take our dog here and he looks GREAT! They made him look so handsome :). They did an even better job than Happy Dogs and are also cheaper. I am very pleased! The lady that helped us was very nice and helpful and gave us tips on caring for his coat.

I take all of my dogs to FFF and I'll never take them anywhere else. The staff is kind and always offering advice on all manner of subjects concerning my dogs. I have 4 show dogs and FFF never ceases to amaze me with the great work they do. Obviously this soccer14 person must have gone by when it was just the two wonderful ladies working and the other staff was out of the shop because in the 3 years I've used them i've never seen thier shop a mess and I frequent the many times a week.

I took my three month old Schnauzer to get his first hair cut there and i will not go back! It's not that they did a bad job it was just unsanitary and smelled awful. There was hair everywhere pee on the floor and the place was a wreck! I don't know if i went on a bad day or what but they did not live up to the standards of the past posts.

We took our 3 month old Shih Poo, Bear in to get his first haircut, and his nails trimmed and bathed, we are very satified with the service we got, they are very polite, and the place is clean, and they have very good prices we will definately be going back....Thank You

When I took my little boy, Sarge, for his hair-cut, I was hoping for the best but a little nervous. When we got there the place was clean and not chaotic, like some groomers. When I told the lady that greeted us what kind of hair-cut Sarge normally gets, she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. When she took Sarge, he went willingly! I really like the the fact that they work with local vets. Finally, when I picked him up, he came out and wasn't exhausted!!! This is huge for us. Before, Sarge would sleep several hours after a hair-cut. I felt that they treated us with respect and truly love what they're doing. It shows in their work. We will be using Fabulous Fur Fluffers for all of Sarge's grooming needs from now on.

We took our pet in for grooming and what service we got! They treated us and our pet like we were very special. Also, their area was so clean I couldn't believe I was in a pet grooming place.
