I have had two issues with this place since I have had a storage unit. One with the old man that told us to pay him and he was hardly ever there and never gave us an address to send a payment. So the lady supposedly in charge from Pittsburgh sent a letter stating we was late sent in that payment although it was not our fault as we checked in on a dayly basis and most time two to three times a day to pay it, but he was not there. So we paid the difference. This time in September I sent in a double payment of $160.00 for October and November. Now I did send that on sept.28 and labor day weekend so mail might have ran late. OK I accept. But she is saying I owe 59.80 I don't understand that since she cashed a check for $160.00. If it was late I should only owe $12.40. She is a rip off and I would not reccomend her self storage to anyone. As soon as winter is over my stuff will be out. If not sooner.
